Turkish, Caucasian and Persian
Semi-Antique Kilims. KONYA/TURKEY.
Semi-Antique Kilims are 40-60 years old pieces from different parts of Anatolia, Caucasus and Iran. They were woven
by nomadic or village people for their tent or house or woven as a wedding gift for their
family. Generally, semi-antique kilims are wool on wool; sometimes cotton and goat hair
are used as warp and weft. Chemical colors are used in these kilims; rarely, some colors
may be natural dyed. How to Clean Your Rug
